My Favorite Basketball Player: Baijingting (白敬亭)

My favorite basketball player is Baijingting. Even though his profession is an actor in China, he plays very well at basketball and participated in few famous games.
When Baijingting was in elementary school, he started to follow Lebron James, whose also one of my favorite NBA players. In middle school, he got interested in playing basketball and made it his hobby.
Even though he has an acting career, he still often publishes posts rather than his work photos but about basketball and basketball shoes on his Instagram and Weibo.
He also participated in the basketball competition show,the Super Penguin Basketball Celebrity Game. The first competition show was held in September 10th 2016, in Shanghai Baoshan Sports Center.
Baijingting was playing on the blue team with Coach Xu Jicheng (徐济成) and assistant coach Guo Wei Sheng (郭维盛). His team mates were Chinese actors Zhang Hao Rang (张皓然), Liu Shuai Liang (刘帅良), Ashton Chen (释小龙), Chinese basketball player Shao Ting(邵婷), Wang Shipeng (王仕鹏), Chinese swimmer Sun Yang (孙杨), and Taiwanese actor Jam Hsiao (萧敬腾). The organizer also invited few famous NBA players such as Jason Williams (贾森·威廉姆斯),and Tracy McGrady (特雷西·麦克格雷迪) to support and play in their team.
In the game, Baijingting competed with the red team lead by coach Zhang Weiping (张卫平) and assistant coach Duan Hao (段冉). The team members were the Chinese actors Liu Haikuan (刘海宽), Zhang Zhe Han(张哲瀚), Jiang Jinfu (蒋劲夫), Kris Wu (吴亦凡), Chinese singer Allen Su (苏醒), Chinese basketball player Xu Nuo (许诺), and Taiwanese actor Qiu Xinzhi (邱心志). The famous NBA players invited to the team were Stephon Marbury ( 斯蒂芬·马布里), Metta World Peace (梅塔·沃尔德·皮斯), and Chauncey Billups ( 昌西·比卢普斯).
At the end of the competition, Baijingting and his team won the game by 84 to 83. It was a close game, but Baijingting played his best and often helps his teammates score.
He also participated in the show of Super Penguin Basketball Celebrity Game's slogan. In the show, he played 1 v.s 1 with famous retired NBA player Rafer Alston (拉夫·阿尔斯通). Even though he lost by 6: 10, Rafer Alston said that he is a good basketball player by shooting in three balls under his defense.
